All of our products carry a risk-free 30-day return and exchange window, with the exception of items marked as Final Sale. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.
US Returns for Refund: Any approved refund requests will be issued via the original form of payment, less the original shipping costs, if applicable.
US Exchange: Any approved exchange will be shipped at no additional cost to you.

At this time, Canada orders are ONLY eligible for return for a refund of any item within 30 days of purchase, (with exception of orders marked as ‘Final Sale’, as those are NOT eligible for returns). All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.
Canada Returns for Refund: Any approved refund requests will be issued via the original form of payment, less the original shipping costs. We will collect a restocking fee of $10 USD from the original form of payment. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note, original shipping fees are not refundable.
Prepaid duties and taxes are forwarded to your local customs authority and therefore, are not refundable, if applicable. As only the recipient of an order can claim these fees back. Please contact your local customs office directly with copies of the returns paperwork.
